Nagisa Hazuki - Mini Omanjuu Plush (Free!)

Behold! As promised, I decided to sew my third Iwatobi Swim Club Omanjuu felt plush. This time, I went with the adorable Nagisa, who is one of my favourite characters from the series. Incidentally, I was listening to the Free soundtrack whilst sewing him. I finished up the exact moment 'Splash Free' came to an end, which made me smile.

With this plush, the overall colour scheme was not as harmonious as it was with Haru and Makoto. The pink and orange accents clashed a LOT with his bright yellow hair. So much so that it was hard to photograph - I didn't want him looking too garish. Hopefully I achieved that! However, working with the cheerful, varying colours did break the process up quite a bit. He was ultimately fun to stitch, and I think the end result is cute. Plus, working tiny little stitches into the eyebrows was mercifully quick and easy this time around. I hope this means that I'm improving on working in the finer details - I'd like to think so!

If I'm able to spare the time, I'd love to sew Rei and Rin, in order to have a complete set - we'll have to see! I hope you like my Nagisa plush and see you next project.
